Iprexchange.in offers consumers a variety of convenient payment options to choose from, so that they can transact at Iprexchange.in safely and conveniently in a secure manner. Iprexchange.in uses industry standard 128 bit SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption technology, so that whenever you submit sensitive information to us like your personal details or credit card information, third parties cannot get access to it while it is in transit over the Internet.

Iprexchange.in uses HDFC payment gateway which is Verisign SecuredTM Verified and PCI Compliant by ControlCase. At Iprexchange.in, we accept the following payment options:

Credit Cards:

All MasterCard with Master Card Secure Code and Visa cards (Indian ) with Verified by Visa / MasterCard SecureCode are accepted at Iprexchange.in.

Debit Cards:

You can pay for your order using one of the VISA Debit Card with VBV / Master Debit Cards with MSCS enrolled. The list of banks that are enrolled under VBV / MCSC are Axis Bank, HDFC Bank, Indian Overseas Bank, Standard Charted Bank, ICICI Bank, Corporation Bank, The Karur Vysya Bank, Kotak Bank eCard, Deutsche Bank AG, City, Union Bank, State Bank Of India, United Bank of India, and The Cosmos Co-operative Bank. .

Cash On Delivery (COD) in Delhi & selected cities of NCR Only.
Paying By Cash on Delivery

For deliveries in Delhi & selected cities of NCR Only we accept orders on Cash On Delivery (COD) basis. In cases where an order is placed, an authorized representative will contact you, personally or over telephone, to confirm the order. After the order is confirmed, it will be processed. Orders once confirmed, cannot be cancelled.

Note: 
1) For all order to be placed through COD the minimum order value is Rs. 200 and maximum value is Rs. 5000.
2) Cash on Delivery orders placed before 1.00 P.M. IST will be delivered the same day. COD orders received after 1.00 P.M. IST, will be delivered the next business day.

Payment is accepted through an automatic fund transfer using your Bank account (all Banks accounts are accepted for NEFT).

You can make funds transfer from any of our NEFT enabled branch to any other NEFT enabled Bank branch. NEFT introduced by Reserve bank of India is an instant, secured and reliable inter bank money transfer facility across India. No minimum or maximum amount for remittance through NEFT & funds transferred on the same day.

We also accept Payment through Net Banking using your Bank account via Internet Banking. Payment from almost all Banks is accepted for Net Banking Transfer.

What is Internet Banking?

Internet banking solution allows you to conduct online financial transactions on a secure website operated by the bank. No minimum or maximum amount for remittance through Internet Banking & funds transferred instantly on the same day.

Order Confirmation

All orders are confirmed immediately upon placement by e-mail notification, with details of order number, total cost, and taxes (where applicable).

Request for Additional Information

Sometimes, we may request for additional billing and address verification information when processing your order. Any Personal Information provided by you will be used only in the processing of that particular order. At Moftware Infotech Pvt. Ltd., we follow industry security standards to safeguard and help prevent unauthorized access, maintain data security, and correctly use any and all Personal Information collected while processing orders. Order Tracking

On shipment of the order, you will receive a second email notification listing the details of your package and the shipment method along with a tracking number.* Your order status can be checked online at anytime.

Billing
Credit Card Statement

Your Credit Card statement will show money credited to the account of Moftware Infotech Pvt. Ltd.

Payment Using Credit Card

All Moftware Infotech Pvt. Ltd. owned websites accept the following credit cards - VISA and MasterCard. In addition, there is no charge for debit card usage on any website owned by Moftware Infotech Pvt. Ltd. All credit and debit cards are verified via HDFC payment gateway prior to processing order for shipment.

Iprexchange.in, provisioned and owned by Moftware Infotech Pvt. Ltd. takes the utmost care in keeping all customer information confidential. All details disclosed in the order process are used solely for the purpose of the specific transaction(s).

Cancellations

Order cancellations will be entertained only if the goods have not been shipped. A refund will be issued only after deduction of Rs 100.00 or 5% of total order value (whichever is higher) for processing and handling charges.

Exchange/Replacement/Returns/Refunds

Moftware Infotech Pvt. Ltd. values its customers and ensures that all return requests are handled with extreme care. Our ´customer friendly´ return policy lets you process refund/replacement requests quickly and with ease.

General Terms

i. Merchandise to be sent for return/exchange must be sent back with original packing. Boxes, manuals, and warranty information (if any) must be intact. 

ii.The completed Return Form with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number must accompany the merchandise. NOTE: Packages with incomplete Return Forms or without RMA# will not be processed.

iii. RMA numbers are valid for 2 weeks. RMA numbers should be clearly marked on return packages so that they are identified for return processing. NOTE: Returns sent after the RMA expiry date will not be processed. Customers will need to obtain a new RMA#, if product is still within warranty period, to process return/exchange.

iv. We recommend customers to use a traceable system for sending us their return package. Moftware Infotech Pvt. Ltd. will not be responsible for any delay or loss of package in transit. 

v. Please clearly mark the reason(s) for return on the Return Form so that we may serve you better in the future.

vi. Under no circumstances will returns for software be processed once the installation key has been sent to the customer.

vii. Shipping charges are non-refundable in all cases, unless the product is determined to be broken or if there is a manufacturer defect.

Exchange/Replacement

i. Defective or damaged merchandise can be replaced within 30 days from date of invoicing. All such products will be examined by our technical team and if found to be broken/defective will be replaced.

ii. The exchanged/replaced product will be shipped FREE through Standard Shipping mode. Please consult a Customer Service Representative if you would like an upgrade on shipping mode (for an additional charge).
iii. Defective or damaged merchandise can be sent back to us thru the traceable system. The package can be returned through Speed Post, DTDC or Pafex.
iv. We recommend our customers to send the defective or damaged merchandise back through Speed Post. If the Speed Post is not available then you may use DTDC [Normal Service Mode] or Pafex [Normal Service Mode].
v. If you don't have the service of the above mentioned couriers, then please call our customer care at  011-49367007 for assistance.

Refund

i. Moftware Infotech Pvt. Ltd. has a 30 day refund policy from the date of invoicing. 

ii. All open box refunds are subject to a deduction of 15% of product price or R 100.00 (whichever is higher) for handling & restocking charges. *Charges not applicable if product is broken/defective.

iii. Original shipping charges are non-refundable in all cases.

Special Terms

Bluetooth products are accepted for a refund only if they have never been opened and if you are returning within 30 days from the invoice date. Without exception, there is no refund/exchange available for open box Bluetooth products. This disclaimer also includes all carkits. In addition, we cannot recommend procedures and/or installers for carkits nor can we accept returns for any merchandise that cannot be installed after the package has been opened. It is the responsibility of the customer to work out installation for the carkits purchased through our websites.

In the event that your product may be defective, please contact the manufacturer directly from this link www.Iprexchange.in/. A product must be diagnosed "defective" by a member of the Technical Support Staff at the manufacturer. Once it has been diagnosed, please ask for a case number and contact our customer service department for a RMA#.

Sending Returns

a. Generate the Return Form from this link: www.Iprexchange.in/returns

b. Print the return form and fill it out completely.

c. Next, call a Customer Service Representative at  011-49367007 for a RMA#.

d. Once a RMA# is obtained, send your package using a traceable shipping mode to:

e. Ensure that you have a copy of the return form inside the return package along with the merchandise for return/exchange. Remember to clearly mark your return package with your RMA# for faster processing of your order.

Will I be charged an extra fee as a consignee?

Some State Governments have introduced Octroi charges on any shipment landing in their state. This is a statutory levy that has to be paid by the consignee during the time of delivery.

The Octroi charges depend upon the product price and the state where the shipment is landing. It is charged only for few destinations within India. It is payable by the consignee.
